The Creative Coterie was founded in September 2025 by youth and runs year-round. Our philosophy is that writers must explore the themes that excite us to produce truly resonant writing. Hence, our goal is to provide writing experience, publication opportunities, and a community for young writers with weekly meetings.
We believe that through collaboration and dedication, we can come together to create a greater whole, fostering bright literary minds worldwide.​ Applications are due October 31st, and early applications due October 5th

Our meetings revolve around a broad theme that we explore through reading, writing, and discussions. During meetings, we incorporate our themes into our writing in new and innovative ways to enrich our understanding of the world.

Our workshops provide constructive feedback of our members' works. Every meeting, we encourage our writers to chase their ideas; we push each other to create, explore, and improve as creatives.
Opportunities
Jumpstart your writing career
Our writers get a guaranteed platform for publication in our anthologies, our blog, and our social media presence. Each writer is encouraged to contribute their work in various platforms and build a portfolio.
