Launch Event: Project Metamorphosis

On September 6th, we celebrated the launch of Project Metamorphosis: Nurturing the Voices of Tomorrow with an open creative arts event. Local creatives of all ages came together in downtown Toronto to connect, make art, and build community. The event started strong with a youth open mic, where we got to hear our contributors' poetry and prose firsthand. Then, we participated in a guided zine-making workshop, crafting collages for a digital community zine. Finally, we enjoyed an incredible performance by the youth rock band Faceless. What came out of the event was a deepened sense of community, appreciation for the arts, and, as promised, a community zine (to be revealed!). To everyone who supported or attended the launch of Project Metamorphosis, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
